RETURN POLICY

 

Twisted Earth Artistry has a 15 day return / exchange policy.*

 

For any items that are defective or any item you may have received in error, You may return your item within 15 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send the item back to our facility. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. If 15 days have passed since the original purchase and we have not received your item, we unfortunately can not offer a refund or exchange.

Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide you with the best possible service.

Please include your order number, purchaser name, contact info and the reason for the return.

Your refund will be processed after the item has been received and inspected. We will contact you if we find any issues with refunding your payment.

 

*Items not allowed to be returned or refunded:

• Earrings (as they are a hygienic item.)
• Digital Downloads
• Custom Orders
• Blow Out Sale Items / Clearance Items
